


I have read almost every forum and blog out there about this issue but most don't even mention MetroPCS as a carrier. Metro PCS store managers have even blamed bad system firmware and all the way up to incompatible phone device. That I have had a Windows Phone for over 4 years now and my service is still active and paid up at this time.

I was even told that MetroPCS doesn't support Windows phones. I have been told that my phone will be updated soon and it is up to Microsoft to send out the upgrades. MetroPCS has told me different stories since I purchased my phone from them. I have been getting the same message from the Upgrade Advisor for over a year. We're trying to determine if your phone can support Windows 10. The Windows 10 upgrade isn't available for your phone right now.
